Any issues

Many issues followed the film such as  Daisy Ridley  wanting to quit because of criticisms on her acting and Harrison Ford who was injured twice during filming with the millenniumfalcon door land on him and his plane crash there where also problems with the film because of  the transfer from Lucas film to Disney. Along with the many criticism of the film mainly the comparisns to other films such as the first Starwars and Nausicaa.

Film Production

Development - This is simply the process of 'finding' a story. Ideas for films come from a variety of sources, they can range from novels, real life events to computer game adaptations. Once you've got an idea you'll need someone to write a pitch for you which you take to a film producer in an attempt to get some funding to make your film. Even at this very early stage you need a very clear idea of who you're aiming you film at so you can include elements that will appeal to them.

Pre-production - Once you've got funding you establish your budget and can begin to get a film crew together, you can storyboard the script. You also need break the script down into individual scenes and identify all the locations, props, cast members, costumes, special effects and visual effects needed.

Production - This is simply the process of 'making' the film. Provided you've done your job properly in the pre-production stage making the film should be straight forward. 'Film' is very expensive and difficult to store so an increasing number of film makers are using digital cameras to save money.

Post-production - During this stage you take all the 'film' you've shot and give it to a film editor. They will then begin putting it together. Special effects will be added, a soundtrack will be added, any missing dialogue will be re-recorded and added resulting in a 'rough cut'. This will be shown to the director and a test audience who will offer feedback. Often this causes scenes to be filmed and added or removed.

 In lower budget productions some rols are all done by ine person and many of the others involved take other roles or genuinlly help out aroud the set

Their job is important yet short after they have wrote a script or adapted it from other material or the producers idea they have finished their part in the film prosess, however it is comman for producers to not be happy with it and hire a differnt person or get them to rewright it, however they can allso be the director or producer.
Producer
Is in charge of making the film process happen, he has the job of hiring the Director and Writer to for fill their idea (not allways their own idea) but also procure anything the production needs to create the idea ,cameras, props, locations,(however he is told what type of camra or where to film it but he is in charge of the money) and most importantly coordinating the entire process. He may be the 'boss' of the film, with Director and Writer being hiered by jim, so they have final call every thing like editing or the script.
Casting Director
They are in charge of the set and work with the actors and other crew to sucseed in their job in the film prosess and portray theire view of how the scense should be made.
Director
They are in charge of most the decisions on the film, in pre-production the Director will choose actors and may change the script to suit their own personal view, They will storyboard and plan out most the scenes and choose the best location, colours, dress or pros and many other parts.If the Director has payed for the film themselves they  answer to no one, so they may employ a producer who is used by them. However some even produce the film by themselves if they are really rich or have their own studios.
Film Finance
Even if a producer is in charge of the set and money, they may still hold back on creative control and give more power to the Writer & Director. 
Camera Operator
not allways clear for example, if the Director comes from a photographers background they may t working every shot, or in even operating the camera themselves, other Directors may let the DOP be in charge of that, with them focusing more on the actors and working with them. 
Editor
Is the bridge between the writer and the audience and essentially create the film we see by assembling shots and piecing the scenes together
Production Designer
Are in charge of the visual concept and style the sets, props, locations, lighting, camera and costumes and help the audience identified and engage with the actors.
